Send your housing request
One housing contact for your agency
When you are managing model arrivals, casting schedules and client bookings, housing needs to be straightforward. Send us your dates, budget and accommodation requirements. We source suitable furnished apartments and share a selection for your agency to review.
Once you choose an apartment, we coordinate contracts and arrival logistics, with dedicated support throughout the stay. Your agency has one point of contact for the housing search and day-to-day accommodation questions.
Apartments for individual models and shared stays
From a private apartment for one model to shared accommodation for several, we work around your preferred setup. Tell us how many models need housing, how many bedrooms you need, and whether separate beds or private rooms are essential.
Our network covers pre-vetted, fully equipped apartments in Paris and nearby suburbs. If your models arrive or leave on different dates, include each stay in your request so we can coordinate the accommodation around the full schedule.
Locations that work for your models
The right location depends on where your models need to be. Share your agency address, regular casting locations and any confirmed shoot locations, along with your preferred neighborhoods. We consider these alongside your budget and room requirements when selecting apartments.
Our apartment examples include the 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 15th and 18th arrondissements. Whether you are looking near your agency or considering the close suburbs, tell us which areas work best for your models.
FAQ
Your questions, answered
Can we arrange housing for several models at once?
Yes. Send one request with the number of models, their dates and your preferred room arrangements. Let us know whether they should share an apartment, stay in separate apartments or be housed close to one another. We will review suitable options for your agency.
Can you help when a model needs accommodation at short notice?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the request form with the arrival date, length of stay, budget and room requirements. We will check available apartments and help you find an option that fits.
Can we request housing for a first season or a longer placement?
Yes. Include the expected arrival and departure dates, whether the model will stay alone or share, and any accommodation requirements. We use your request to select suitable furnished options for the placement.
How should we specify our accommodation budget?
Include your budget with your request and tell us whether it is per model or for the whole apartment, and per night, week or month. Pricing varies with the dates, location, length of stay and apartment. Review the price and booking terms for your chosen option before confirming.
Who handles accommodation questions during the stay?
KPM remains your housing contact throughout the stay. We coordinate contracts and arrival logistics and provide dedicated support for accommodation questions, so your agency knows whom to contact.
